Two are the main themes in my work, geometry and space. Both treaties from an abstract point of view. From architecture and design I inspire the concept of construction.
By means of geometric abstraction, I seek to demonstrate the relevance of the mathematical models that have been imposed in all branches of science and to question the geometric safety of a design that becomes the engine of capitalism.
The geometry I present is conceived as an instrument that organizes space and the relationships between individuals and their environment, creating structures where the products they generate are loaded with ideologies, identities, beliefs, etc. They manipulate, our desires and our fears, conditioning and confusing our thinking.
Therefore, with the desire to situate myself in the contemporary spirit and in the post-industrial and hyperconsumist production modes, I propose a vision of reality through geometric, objective and quantifiable language, which converts the individual into an alienated element , overturned and dominated by the environment, with the clear desire that geometrical art finds its place in the social landscape.
